Live Your Life
I began my career in the senior living profession by chance over 17 years ago and have never looked back. I joined the Mt. Hood Adult Day Center family in 2016 and together we launched Mt. Hood Senior Solutions in 2019.
I really enjoy getting to know families and their loved ones. I understand the importance of getting to know your loved one's personality and preferences, so we can find the best long-term fit. My hope is to alleviate the stress and pressure that comes along with the placement process.
I like to approach even the most challenging placements with optimism and support. I love and value that we are a locally owned and operated company, which allows us to provide quality personalized service.
I enjoy being active in my local community, by fundraising and donating to local nonprofit organizations. When I am not working you can find me kayaking on the Columbia River.

While working in China for a private equity firm, I received the heartbreaking news that my grandfather needed care. I made the life-changing decision to return to Oregon to support him. During this time, I not only provided care but also learned about his remarkable younger years and witnessed the challenges he faced in relying on others.
This deeply personal experience inspired me to pursue a career in home health and hospice care. Over time, I became a Senior Advisor, using my firsthand experiences to guide others through similar situations with empathy, compassion, and understanding. Helping seniors and their families is incredibly rewarding, as I assist them in finding the right placement while addressing their emotional needs every step of the way.
In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, watching sports, snowboarding, and spending time with my family.
