In my teens, I volunteered in a nursing home in Scappoose as a candy-striper. It was there that I found a special place in my heart for seniors. Some folks were great storytellers and when they told the stories of their lives, I learned about the world they knew. I found their lives so interesting, and I vowed then that when I grew up, I would be an Elder Advocate so I could ensure the protection of this special and often vulnerable demographic.

I have worked with seniors since 2005 in case management, discharge planning, Medicare compliance, hospice, and community education. I understand the importance of finding the right placement for our seniors and as a native Oregonian, I know this community and all it has to offer. My goal is to help you and your family navigate this often difficult process and find safe, quality, life-enriching care. Together we will make the golden years ones of comfort and community.

In my free time, I volunteer in my community helping seniors understand their Medicare benefits and spending time with my family, three Rottweilers, and way too many cats!

In my teenage years, I began caring for my grandmother, which sparked my passion for helping others. I volunteered with the Red Cross in California and worked with seniors, which laid the foundation for my career. In 2022, I officially started my profession in senior living as a Marketing and Sales Director, where I gained valuable insights into the industry, including hospice care, collaborating with care managers, discharge planners, and registered nurses. The most fulfilling part of my work has always been getting to know the residents and hearing their incredible stories. This career became my true calling, and I joined Mt. Hood Senior Solutions in 2023.

At Mt. Hood Senior Solutions, I’ve realized the importance of actively listening to family members, understanding their concerns, and providing tailored guidance to find the right placement for clients. My ultimate goal is to ensure that you and your family feel confident and comfortable throughout the process, helping you find a safe and supportive environment for your loved one.

In my downtime, I cherish moments with my two wonderful kids and our dogs, enjoy working out at the gym, and love traveling. My kids and I even created a travel list, planning to visit a new destination every year.
